GENERAL COVER LETTER
Thank you for taking the time and opportunity to view my on-line professional profile. As usual, I may be just a little ahead of my time, in that having one's resume/CV as a web site is not yet common. One day...everyone will be probably be doing it.
Some of my friends from outside the industry have said that my career appears a bit eclectic. In fact, I consider my career as being focused on "protecting lives and property". There are many threats to the health and well being of employees, customers, visitors and assets, and my intent has been to master as many of the preventive and countermeasures to as many of these threats as practical. No one can tell the future, but all indications are that - in order to be successful and effective - the professional of tomorrow will need to draw on a very broad knowledge and experience base. I believe you will find that I have prepared for this more than most.
